There are tests all around us each and every day. In case you had doubts of any kind, the COVID-19 pandemic has made it crystal clear that we are not in charge or in control of anything other than our own response.

In Islam it is not enough for success to believe in God and worship Him. It would be just half of the test of one’s faith. The other half test is how our relationship is with other human beings.

The future of Islam in this country, as well as our very faith and connection to Allah, is reflected in how we treat our neighbors. Perhaps this is the push we need to start connecting with them so we can better our relationship with God.
