Teaching children about hijab

It has been more than twenty-five years since I embraced Islam and, with it, the hijab. For a woman living in the West, adopting the hijab is one of the most significant lifestyle changes imaginable, as it transforms one from “blending in” to “standing out” as a visibly Muslim woman.
