Ramadan is often accompanied by feasting. Food-binging on oily, sugary items in Ramadan is the norm in the Muslim communities. How can we make this Ramadan simpler, less wasteful, and healthier for us & the environment. Read these tips for a healthier Ramadan.  


This easy-to-make and tasty starter is a Ramadan favorite in many Yemeni households. Traditionally lahooh (Yemeni pancake) is used instead of pita bread but we prefer wheat pita bread and love how it absorbs the liquid of the dish.
