Welcoming guests is a part of our way of life as Muslims. But being a good guest is the other side of this coin. Here are some tips to keep your hosts happy and your visit virtually problem-free.

Faith in the face of difficulties and seeking and supporting the Truth: these are characteristics of both groups of Ansar. These committed individuals took a stand to support of One Message-the Oneness of God and obedience to Him. 

For Muslims who live in an environment where Eid today is given little, if any, recognition, it's the responsibility of families and communities to make sure the holiday is fun, exciting, and memorable for all, especially kids. Here are some ways to do that. 

Muslims must remember that most of us or our parents could not have been allowed to even enter this country due to racist immigration laws that were lifted largely due to the Civil Rights movement.

Black History Month is not simply a time for African-Americans to take pride in and to educate others about their history and achievements. It is also a time for Muslims to educate themselves.

America has always been able to liberate itself from tyranny and fear. This is the beauty of this nation and its people. American can and will do it again, but it will take a willingness on the part of all citizens, Muslim and non-Muslim, to fight the fear mongering.

Their number is not known with certainty. Perhaps they were only two or  twenty. Regardless, these women approached the man who had thus far, given them hope for this world and beyond.
