It happens all the time. Children are given orders, and when they don't obey, the parent simply goes back to his conversation and forgets. What should parents do in this situation? 

There are several ways a father can spend quality time with his children and develop a relationship with them. Even if he is extremely busy, he can free up enough time to do some of these things.
