WHEREAS, 'Sound Vision' meaning SoundVision.com, Inc., an Illinois based corporation, seeks to establish relationships with web sites relevant to its goals.

AND WHEREAS 'you', 'your' and 'affiliate', meaning the person reading this document, desires to become an 'Affiliate' by enrolling a web site and receiving commission on referrals of sales at www.soundvision.com.

NOW THEREFORE, the two parties agree to the following terms.

1. Sound Vision has the right to accept or reject any application.
2. Once a link is created Sound Vision will automatically begin tracking sales and commissions from your web site.
3. You will be able to view updated information such as cumulative traffic statistics and earned commission for all referrals from your web site 24 hours a day every day (barring any technical shut down of our site).
4. You can choose the size of banner/product link and the manner in which it is displayed.
5. All links through soundvision banner/product/image must point to www.soundvision.com using customized link provided to you.
6. You can display as many banners/links as you like.
7. You will earn 10% commission on all purchases made by your referrals, unless a different amount is agreed upon.
8. Sound Vision will mail you a check for earned income every month as long as you have accumulated at least $25.00.
9. You have the option to apply your earned commission towards any purchase from soundvision.com web site. In addition you will also receive 20% discount on all such purchases.
10. Sound Vision will track all referrals from your site by using the Cookies feature of a visitor's browser. Sound Vision is not liable if a user disables this feature in his/her browser (thus making it not possible to track sales or visits by that user).
11. Sound Vision has the right to change prices on special deals and products.
12. Sound Vision reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time.
13. Any party may terminate this agreement at any time. Sound Vision will email notice to the email address provided in the affiliate application. You can email cancellation notice to accounts@soundvision.com. You will be issued a credit or mailed a check (minimum $25) on any unpaid commission remaining in your account.
14. The failure of either party to require performance of any provision thereof shall not be deemed as a waiver of such breach or of any other provision hereof.
15. This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Untied States of America and the State of Illinois.
16. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Sound Vision and Affiliate.
