We have all been blessed with resources, skills and talents and Allah will
hold us accountable for how we used them. This is why planning is such a critical
exercise for Muslims. An important part of planning is doing an honest self-evaluation,
along with jotting down ideas about what goals we want to achieve in the future.

can help you do just this. Please feel free to modify them as you like. They
