You should go on with your life and divorce him. He does not fear Allah(swt) and does not respect you. As Dr. Phil says, "The past is a good indicator of the future." I found this to be very true with a spouse I had. Its just not worth the pain and anguish and you will go through tough times but in time you will feel whole and sane.

Instead of being prohibited it is encouraged to marriage of those who have committed haram relations.
Both of them should seek God's forgiveness
Both should say Shahadah again
Both of them should stay away from each other until they get married
