If this report is true, and the continued BJP and Gujarat stance to the contrary is a conspiracy, then I think the BJP should be banned from running for govmt again.

Comment:If the story is true then yes the mis-behaving kar sevaks should be punised but burning train and killing innocent people can't be justified on any grounds. The same goes for the whole communual killing after the train attack incident. The culprits must be punished. There can't be any justification to killing people.

Comment:I believe that the Hindu extremists who caused havoc on the train leading up to the Gujerat riots have once again shown that India has failed to justify its position as the worlds largest democracy as well as prove that it can cope with life after the British. It is a shame that the ruling party of the time (BJP) failed to act in saving muslim and hindu lives, going against everything Hindu's and their many gods stood for. Shame on you Modi, shame on you India.

BJP government is more than a black mark for the country,which calls itself a secular state. May be for BJP , killing of innocent muslims means , shining India.
