Comment:I am catholic. I became stressed out this morning and typed "prayer to deal with stress" into Google. Your recommendations were on the second web-page hit. Thank you for showing me something beautiful, clear, fullfilling and gratifying to deal with my stress. Your wonderful words helped wash my heart of anxiety.

Comment:Good article! i have never seen any publication in which a medical treatment has been explained by salat. Great work keep it up. Thus, through this article anyone can realize and have faith that Islam is the only religion which deals with every human aspects of life whether it is moral ethics or mental depression. Comment:Jazzakallah khair for writing such a wonderful article. It really has helped me alot. It was like, I sat down in front of my computer feeling heavy, lonely and depressed, and after reading the article, I ended up feeling so much closer To Allahtallah. We have to keep rejuvinating our iman through the remembrance of Allah through zikr, salat, and etc. But sometimes you also need another voice reminding you that you are not alone, and that Allahtallah is right there leading the way

|My Rubb, |
I beg of you good that lies in this night and good that follows it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil that lies in this night and from the evil of that which follows it. My Rubb! I seek refuge in You from lethargy and the misery of old age. O Allah! I seek Your Protection from the torment of Hell-fire and the punishment of the grave.
