Comment:GOD says in QURAN that he will give you rebirth (to procecute) from your cells. ... understand the theory and examin it whether practical? .... Man started to give birth from cells by cloning... science says : on top of a safety pin can accomadate lakhs of cells.. then imagine whether God can accomadate one or two cells with him of every human being and give rebirth? .. He is almighty..

Comment:In Quran GOD says once all the people of the world will become muslims and Jesus (pbuh) will reign the world... Now last american census says within next 40 to 50 years the number of muslims will tripple from 157 crore.. quran itself says no contrasts in it as it proves from GOD.... "In the last moment of the world's destruction water will be fired off"- quran says. .... this was very strongly opposed by science and scientists till the half past of the last century.. But now science says "if ozone hamoured much some rays from sun will divide the water into hidregen and oxigen.".... Im telling you just imagine what will happen after all...

Comment:I like the concise way in which these beliefs are presented; however, I was a bit perplexed about the statement labeled #6...What exactly is meant when one says "...enemies were confused about him" ?

Comment:This is absolutely correct. There is nothing wrong written here. Additionally, when Muslims believe in Jesus, being the Prophet of Allah, (and not his son, may Allah forgive me), as well as Noah, Moses, they respect them. In return, the expect the same respect for the Last Prophet Muhammad (SAW). When the non Muslim extremists say negative things about Islam, and the Prophet, it not only offends but hurts them as well. This should be avoided so that mutual inter-religious respect can prevail.

Comment:Thanks for the info! I consider myself to be a Gnostic Christian; a Syncretist who believes the truth that Belief brings us closer to each other, and need not seperate us. I accept The reality of Islam, Judeo-Christianity, and even the Indigenous Religions. All Have threads of constancy that run through them, all Sound live harmoniously with their Bretheren. One of My favorite pieces of art is a Medieval picture of Jesus and Mohammad entering Mecca on the backs of donkeys. That To me has always spoken what needs to be among Brothers and sisters Whatever our beliefs are. we Should be able to similarly recognize and respect each others faith, culture and just be good to each other. Peace be with Us All under God.

Comment:Christianity is a different creature considering that the "small factor" of the trinity is in fact massive. Beside the fact that it has been written that Christ is in fact the Savior as well as the final prophet, the belief in the trinity is the major separator. Christ was the Son of God, and through this, he died on the cross, as it is written and recorded. Paul of Tarsus did not add the idea in later, it was UNDERSTOOD before that Christ was one with the father, that he is incarnate God. You cannot make apples into oranges. Christ reigns alone. Muhammad is not only later, out of Christian perspective as Christ is the final prophet in our faith, and only false Christians would believe otherwise. If there is a bridge between the two faiths, then it is a form of conversion, not a union. Christians are falling to a smaller group. There are those who do not belief that Christ is God, and they are false, and are no longer Christian. The term CHRISTian implies otherwise. I have many friends who are Muslim, but I never pretend that we have the same faith, or even a similar faith. We pray to the same God, which is the closest base we have. Christianity is a small faith in this era, and we are different than what is accepted to be a Christian. Tolerance is not blending. We are spiritual brothers, but we will and must always have our differences. From Rome Italy, the capital of Western Christianity, I send my love and prayers to you all, Muslim and Christian, Giosuč Battista-Carlo Cambria

Comment:Has there been no comments since 2004? The difference is that in Christianity Jesus is the main prophet, and in Islam Mohamed is the main prophet. In Islam we always hear mostly about Prophet Mohamed, and Jesus is not talked about very much. Also in Chrisianity they do not acknowledge Prophet Mohamed at all.

Comment:A very clear explanation of the Muslim view. Many nominal Protestant Christians do not believe Jesus is the Son of God, as I, along with many Roman Catholics & fundamental Protestants do. The nominal Protestant Christians, a very large number, are a factor in the spread of the Muslim faith. i.e. if you don't accept Jesus as the Son of God, you are already almost there. I figure Europe will be Muslim in 20 or so years, at the rate they are goiong, and the United States is not far behind. The future of the Catholic Christian faith rests with the Hispanics. One reason for the hostility in America to the Hispanics is because the are predominately Roman Catholic, and this country has a long history of Anti-Catholic sentiment. I appreciated your explanation of the differents. Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!

Comment:The article truthfully projects what the Muslims believe which generally coforms to the Chritian belief. The basic difference is between the Muslim belief of Jesus being an important Prophet of God against Christian belief of being the son of God. God is omnipotent. He is above the family needs. People should not be oblivious of this fact. A religious harmony will please the God most.

Comment:Very true, Jesus is the mighty messenger of Allah like the other prophets, Not the son of God or Lord. " There is No God but Allaah and Prophet Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah "

Something to Ask...
I seek the forgiveness of Allah, there is no true god except Allah, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting, and I turn to Him in repentance.
