I am addicted to this disease as well, it will not leave me, this is the umteenth time my wife has found my habit and if this keeps up she will leave me. I have been addicted for 15 years and short of gouging out my eyes cannot see a way out. How does one stop the hands and eyes from doing what the mind thinks is normal? How do we change something that we have 'normalized' so we abhor it? Allah help us all

Comment:one very effective way to fight porn is to reduce the temptation level; create more barriers to access; install something like net nanny; set up a password and administration/user email address that is impossible to remember effectively blocking yourself out; keep that info in a safety deposity box or with a friend or another physical location.
