Comment:Why only remebering these in text and word? Where is action?. We need to be more active in our society as moslim women.
This is the world of show business we have to use it for our own pupose. This is a very good story to tell, So here is a suggestion. Lets make a charity run for women and help women, mothers and sisters around the worl or just in toronto! Lets take the first step out of silence and speak out with our action as women! .

Comment:Asalamu Alaikum! That story really touched me. I know that every mother would do that for their own child. I could never be able to watch my child dying. I hope Insha-Allah that when i go to Hajj that I visit that si te. I also want to make Hajj for my mother who will, Insha-Allah be alive at that ti me and she'd be able to come with me!

Comment:I could just say "great site" or "good job" but I feel that would be an unjust understatement. So you siblings in Islam and in Humanity, Jazakallahu Khairal Jaza for an awe inspiring website and articles. May Allah give tawfiq and furqan to all.

Comment:Living in this world, we are all almost Sister Hajjar may Allah be pleased by her.Everyday for a true muslima is a day of of obedience and sacrifice. We are facing a lot of challenges, but by persistency and trust in Allah we will have our acceptable Saii in this life. Whover we are daughter, sister, wife, aunt, mother-in law or grandmother, if we behave as good muslimates with sincere Iman, we will change our situation and be like Sister Haggar who changed her life and the history.May Allah guide us always.

Comment:In the rich tradition of the followers of Ahlul Bayt (Peace and blessings of Allah upon Muhammed and his progeny), the Sa'ie (running between Safa and Marwa) is the utmost form of demonstrating the inner state of a true Muslim which is the continuous fear from Allah’s punishment while hoping for his mercy. The example of Hajjir (Blessing of Allah upon her) is the practical lesson that can be derived from her persistency. In spite of her fear for the life of her beloved son Ismael (Peace and blessing of Allah upon him), she never gave up hope in Allah's mercy. Of course to remember the wonderful story of Hajjir and Ismael and integrate it in ones life and also to reflect upon it during Sa’ie is a wonderful thing, but to suggest that "in whose memory Muslims today run between Safa and Marwa" is a very narrow interpretation of the rights of Hajj and make it sound more of a ritual than a form of warship. Hatha wa Assalaam, Raid Mohammad.

Comment:Hajira's sublime act of obedience to Allah, her trust in His promise, and her sacrificial love for her son are inspirational examplesfor human beings for all times, both male and female. Oh how I pray to develop a loving and trusting heart like hers, and that of Ibrahim of whom it is written, "He came to his Lord with a sound heart". Ameen

|O Allah, I beg to You the good which Your Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) begged of You; and I seek refuge in You from the evil where from Your Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) sought refuge. You are the One from Whom help is sought and Your is the responsibility to communicate (the truth). There is no power or strength except with Allah the Exalted, the Great.|
