Comment: Bismillah hir Rahman nir Rahim As Sallam Alaikum wa Rahmatullah A Micro Islamic Loan is not available to Muslim Women in Everett Wa. due to a lack of collateral. A businessman in another state does not have finances due to a spousal death. Another sister feels that there isn't enough finances because typically good muslims won't just take what he/she needs from kafir. Pooling resources is something that can become successful with a security measure that's not yet in place.. criminally liabilities if negligent in the handling of those funds. wWe need immediate assistance , even to come together under one Umbrellah when we offer the same services, except those believers who May Allah ta'ala Bless them, tend to go the extra mile. How can we stop that bit of Uncertainty and start the emergency funds for the special situations that Islamic Centers cannot assist anyone with.. such as Business Operations?

Comment: I agree wholeheartedly with Um Ahmad. We need to begin a more intelligent and constructive dialogue to address the issue that I believe is central to the future health of Muslims: women. While some amount of "flame fanning" may have been required to bring this issue to light, now that the discussion is underway, I hope to hear level heads and restraint in order to bring our community into the 21st century.

Comment: Who is this poll supposed to benefit? Once again, in this poll, the questions are leading questions - and they lead one in a consistently negative direction. There are many subjects in this poll that are too general, thereby leading to an assumption that likely does not exist. (for instance I may know many women who are abused by their husbands and they all happen to be Christian - NOT Muslim! - but you did not leave that option). There are plenty of matters you listed that are common to women worldwide, regardless of what religion they happen to be following - however, the inference of these questions is that this is a uniquely Muslim phenomenon - a problem inherent in Islam and those that supposedly follow it). While you may or may not have intended it, this method of polling is one that has long been used by Zionists. This type of poll can create a lot of hateful feelings. I believe there are more constructive ways of addressing the issues facing women in Islam - rather than instigating negative feelings. This is far from addressing and attempting to positively address the central issues facing our Ummah and nurture a positive Islamic way of life. Jazakum Allah

Surah Ayah
Something to Ask...
O Allah, I beg to You the good which Your Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) begged of You; and I seek refuge in You from the evil where from Your Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) sought refuge. You are the One from Whom help is sought and Your is the responsibility to communicate (the truth). There is no power or strength except with Allah the Exalted, the Great.
